The Heart Behind My work
With roots in South Africa and three decades in Europe, I bring a tapestry of cultures and wisdom to my work. I guide women redefining midlife by listening deeply to their bodies and its stories. And by listening deeply to the Earth, knowing we are a part of her.
Through mindfulness, storytelling, and embodied practice, I invite my clients to explore new ways of being in the world: meeting life with creativity, compassion and imagination. My work bridges spirituality, the human experience and ancient wisdom, offering tools to navigate modern life with grace and awareness.
With a strong sense of values and beliefs, I create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore and express their hidden thoughts and feelings. Through deep listening and intuition, I guide each person towards growth and transformation, guiding them connect with their own unique insights.
I guide individuals, communities and organizations in discovering fresh pathways forward, cultivating presence, connection and purpose. Additionally, I guide women in redefining midlife by listening to the wisdom of their bodies and stories and discovering how this stage of life can become a source of strength, insight and thriving.
My intention is to guide others toward what it truly means to be fully alive: to see with new eyes, to feel with an open hearts and walk the path of the Earth with reverence, authenticity and courage.
